We have a phone because Google requires it as does the ATF. It is a land line so I don't carry it with me and I check messages on it as I have time. The message on the machine will tell you that contacting me is best done as an email which can be found in numerous locations on this website.
Our business hours are;
Monday 4pm - 8pm
Tuesday 4pm - 8pm
Wednesday 4pm - 8pm
Thursday Closed
Friday 4pm - 8pm
Saturday 10am - 4pm
Sunday Closed
So if you call at 9:00am and we don't answer the phone, it's because we ain't here.
Typically when you make a purchase through an online retailer you have the option to select the receiving dealer at checkout. If I am not listed continue with the checkout and select dealer not listed. Finish with your purchase and you should receive an email asking to have a FFL forwarded for your order. Forward the email to larry.arnold@rangerreds.com and I will take care of getting it to them. Once you receive shipping and tracking information forward that email to me also so I can watch for delivery.
Once a firearm has been received it has to be logged in to my books. Only then can it be transferred to you via a NICS check or if you have a CCL.
All our in stock products are listed on our web pages. If you are looking for something in particular send me your want list and I will see what I can find.
I have experience working on many types of guns, including full auto weapons. I build budget and high end firearms. Really the limit is your budget and your imagination.
Once a decision is made to purchase an NFA item. Follow these steps and we can get you set up and through the process fast.
1. Decide if you are going to transfer your NFA items to you as an individual or make a trust.
2. Make an account at ATF E-Forms. Either as a trust or as an individual. You will need your user name and PIN that you set set up on the website (keep those with you when you come to the shop).
A. Making a trust has many advantages but the main one is that a group of people can share assets that may have been purchased by other members of the trust. An individual that owns a suppressor may not give or loan that suppressor to some outside their presence.
3. Select the item you wish to buy either through me or through a 3rd party.
4. If the item is one I stock, or one you ordered you will pay for the item or transfer fee and we will begin the transfer process.
5. If the item was purchased from a 3rd party vendor and it had to be shipped, please look at the options below.
A. Once the item arrives I will contact you. If you have elected to form a trust, you must have a digital copy of ATF Form 5320.23 listing all the information and a digital passport type photo. When the item gets here I will send you the info you need to fill out the ATF form. Have both of these on a thumb drive when you get to the shop.
6. When we begin the transfer process you will need your passport photo, Form 5320.23 (if you're a trust), your ATF E-Forms User Name and PIN, a credit card (for the ATF Tax Stamp) and Cash or Check for my fee if any is required.
7. Once we complete the online portion, the wait begins. Many customers are seeing turn around times in a few weeks and sometimes days. Sometimes it may take longer. Be patient.
