Defensive Rifle & Pistol Level 3

Student will learn to work with the rifle and handgun in shooting and moving drills and transitioning between the two weapon platforms.
Equipment Needed;
a) An AR Rifle or Pistol (SBRs and AR Pistols only if suppressed) chambered in one of the following calibers: .223/5.56, 300BLK, 7.62x39. With a sling.
(Other rifles and pistol caliber carbines only with prior approval of the instructor. Call for details.)
Rifles with muzzle brakes that magnify the blast effect on the firing line will not be allowed. (This is a safety issue and will be adhered to. If in doubt, let us check out your firearm prior to signing up for class so that you will not be disappointed.)
A semi auto pistol using centerfire ammo of at least 9mm caliber.
b) 300 rounds of copper jacketed rifle ammunition.
200 rounds of either lead or copper jacketed pistol ammunition.
Ammunition with steel projectiles will not be allowed.
c) Three magazines for each weapon, if magazine fed.
d) Iron sights and/or an optic sights for each weapon.
e) Closed toe shoes, eye and ear protection.
f) Clothing appropriate for the weather and closed toe shoes.
g) Food and Drinks. Refrigerator is on site.
